The context
STP started in 2023 to solve the need for an effective method to learn Spanish in the United States of America. Like most small businesses, the website was created by the founder using Wix platform.
The problem
Wix is a quick solution for small businesses that already have a client base, but STP is still in this early stage of building its own client base. Wix is well known for not being optimised for SEO and for its lack of flexibility when the need for customisation is required.
The mission
Evaluate the website by performing a UX - UI audit and performance tests with the aim of improving the user experience and the SEO. Provide a list of recommendations and solutions divided into two categories: quick and easy fixes / long-term plan.
Beyond UX-UI. A 360° analysis that leads to a list of practical solutions and an unexpected diagnosis on business and content strategy
Build a solution catered to the goal. Define a clear and simple business strategy that can convert quickly, only then, expand.
