The context
Since its launch in 2020, the business has transitioned from providing online conversational classes to prioritising a newsletter format.
Throughout the years, the community has continued to grow, along with increased engagement, while the website has remained unchanged since the business started.
The problem
New subscribers are currently sourced from a single channel. This dependency on a single distribution source represents a risk and an obstacle to healthy, sustainable growth.
The mission
Create a website designed to diversify the sources of new subscribers and consolidate the brand, with the goal of x4 the number of subscribers within 6 months following the website launch.
